In addition to house cleaning, I find joy in creating sacred space with use of simple furnishings and found natural objects.

 

It has been my experience that bringing real Earth into the home can infuse any space, as well as mind, body and spirit, with a depth of wisdom present in the natural world. It is a simple, inexpensive way to invite greater peace, balance, presence, wisdom, and joy into life.

Creating a sacred space in your home can support slowing down the pace of life, honoring imperfection, appreciating beauty in simple things, and grounding in what is most important to you. It can also be deeply supportive to any personal spiritual practice.
